The Beleza Group (TBG) was formed in 2009 at the School of Hard Knocks, but became a company of record by 2010 by Chief Branding Strategist Aniesia Williams. The Beleza Group Agency (TBGA) is a multifaceted consulting agency with a touch of grace. Originally called TBG, the purpose was to brand celebrity DJs and Culinary Chefs for which an industry standard had not been formed yet. That alone put them in another class and what they were attempting wasn't heard of at the level they were attempting. As time moved on, The Beleza Group client base expanded to include motivational speakers, authors and sports figures. When the political climate of "Me too" companies became too frequent, TBG realized their tactics had to change, they couldn't afford to worry about anyone else, they decided to take a holistic approach and implement other strategies branding companies weren't doing. New blood entered into the company and combined years of rich experience in project management, organizational change and financial management. The Beleza Group then birthed The Beleza Group Agency. The newly formed company is now able to provide a full-service agency that caters to high-level needs that are more complex, challenging, and demanding leaving behind the climate that is taking over the industry. From TBGA's perspective, the competition in no longer with the industry but from within TBGA.
The agency motto is and always has always been “a small boutique firm with a large company network!”. That statement alone with stepping outside the box is what attracts people in general to them. Personalized experiences with the "big company" feel is how the agency is able to keep cost efficient and they pass the savings back to the client. The Beleza Group Agency is a strong advocate of strategic planning in which they incorporate holistic views into every facet of the clients lives, especially entrepreneurs. Always looking for a reason to pour life into someone or a project, TBGA remains humbled to work with clients, partners, and potentials that represent every walks of life.
TBGA's staff also gives back to the community through participation on non-profit boards, church boards, matching gift donations, and lending talent for the Armed Services. Through no good deed of their own, TGBA has been blessed to be able to provide significant expansion of their products and services which gives them greater opportunity for connections to occur and work to commence with them. Exceeding goals is something they always strive for but if they should fail short, TBGA is humble enough to fix what isn’t working and will try something different.
